what’s on our minds?
If you happen to have $30M burning a hole in your pocket (a common occurrence), there’s a potential new DC abode for you - this mansion hit the market this week. The home is right off Dupont Circle and includes a significant portion dedicated to commercial space as well as four bedrooms, a sauna, and a rooftop pool (and per the pictures, might be in need of some cosmetic refreshes, but hey, the buyer should have the money for that). If it sells at/near its listing price, it will break the DC record for residential sales.
One way to fix up your home’s aesthetic? Add in some diner memorabilia. Tastee Diner in Silver Spring, which closed in March, is auctioning its wares through May 17.
