Saturday: The Cherry Blossom Wine and Beer Festival offers unlimited tastings and live music at the Penn Quarter event space (2 pm or 6 pm) | Vance Joy performs at The Anthem (8 pm)
Sunday: The Cherry Blossom Kite Festival will take to the skies near the Washington Monument (10-4:30 pm) | The Washington Spirit, featuring star Trinity Rodman, kick off their season at Audi Field (4 pm)
all weekend: The Annapolis Film Festival returns with features and shorts throughout the weekend
ongoing: If you haven’t made it to Yayoi Kusama’s Hirshhorn exhibit, it’s not too late - the installation will now be available through July 16.

For those observing Ramadan, some area restaurants are offering specials meals and operating hours. Iftar (breaking fast at sundown) is at about 7:30 pm right now, but will push later throughout the month.
